Pairs well with: tequila, vodka gin, mezcal, brandy, rum, bourbon, tonic, sliced jalapenos, grapefruit slices.
Ingredients: water, rhubarb, sugar, red wine vinegar, habanero, citric acid, salt.
How to use: 1 oz mixer + 1 oz spirit of your choice (optional), add ice, top with soda water and stir. Simple.
